suika wari

At the wedding, we did suika-wari.

Suika-wari is a traditional summer game 

that involves splitting a watermelon with a stick while blindfolded (similar to pinata.)

In order to decide who goes first, Joel tried to rock-scissors-paper with all kids.

It did not work well,

but it was all good to see this:)
