Farm sampling

As Yuri's LIFE sampling project,

she organized a farm workshop with Megan.

We provided wild and special experience to Japanese college students.

Megan's first farm lesson...

how to make the wild duck calm down.

Grab his neck

and put him in the water. Ha!

Each student drove the tractor.

Of course Yuri tried too!

We all plantet some seeds for the spring.

Isn't it cool to know that the seeds they planned today will be bigger in Portland,

and eventually will be eaten by some local people.

Organizing those workshops with the locals and meeting lots of people

simply inspired Yuri a lot, and she loves it!
