Yuri lead a miso making workshop for the big company who has their own restaurant.
They made a huge batch of miso with the professional equipments.
It was so beautiful and inspirational to see
the professional chefs "created" something as a team.
Of course, we laughed a lot too and could not wait to try the miso within 10 months or so!
