a Sunday morning

On Sunday morning, the Baxter-Neal family went to the park.

Milo played with Kip.

Here is Milo.
Kip.
Papa san,
and Mama san.
Milo also went down the slide,
and played on the swing.
Milo, if you are happy,
we are all happy!

bye bye nippon

At the Narita airport before our flight back to the states,
Milo was so so wild.

He checked out lots of ladies,
and messed with cute flight attendants.
(not joking...)

We took some last photos there.

We thought 3 weeks would be pretty long time to visit Japan,
but it was just like one blink...
Time flew way too fast.
However, we had such an amazing time there
because of all of you guys!
Thank you everyone,
thank you nippon!
We will see you soon.

By the way, on the way back...
Milo slept through almost all flights (8 hours straight)!!
Well done, son.

happy 40th anniversary

On the last day in Japan, we had a little surprise for Yuri's parents.
Their 40th anniversary was coming (yes, 40th!),
so we decided to celebrate it.

Congratulations!

Please make it to 50th, 60th, 70th and more!

We cannot forget what Toshi said after the party...

"You know what?
Sachi was wearing a black big hat on our honeymoon,
and she was the most beautiful thing I have ever seen..."

Please keep being a cute couple
for us!

sumo

What Silas had wanted to do in Japan for a long time was.....
Going to a Sumo match!
Therefore, we asked to baby sit Milo,
and went to the Kokugikan to make Silas's dream come true.

Here are some photos from it:

Now Silas's new dream is being in the match.
Go Silas!

dinner with He-chan

We were invited a dinner at Sho's house,
and we met Hiyori, aka "He-chan".

She was shy first...

but she warmed up to us,

especially to Silas.

She was a tough girl,
and Milo could not bully her.

After the dinner...
there was a sweet surprise for Milo.

He did not expect it, and got pretty psyched.
Yuri got more excited because the cake ended up in her stomach...

Behind Milo's parents,
Sho gave him some extra birthday gift.
What was it????
!!!!!
Whiskey
!!!!!

Thank you so much for your generosity.
Good night, He-chan.

These 3 went to the middle school together,
and now there are old enough to have their own families.
It was nice to see you guys!

wild kid...

We hung out with Yuri's one of the oldest friends Naomi.
They have known each other for 31 years!

We alway thought Milo was the wild kid.....
but...
Rua is the one!!!!!!!

We are so glad Milo finally met Rua.

Yes... as we talked about...
you guys got on our blog :)
We hope that we can hang out longer on our next visit.
